The library provides stakeholders including military survivors of sexual assault, the response professionals with the responsibility to support survivors, and the military leaders who must ensure their commands' reinforce a culture of dignity and respect, with instant access to useful, credible content available online anytime they need it, anywhere they be stationed, at home or abroad.
